      The French and American revolutions both had the same bases and the same out comes like taxation problems and constitutions, but they way the revolutionaries fought and the locations were different.
    One Similarity was both happened due to taxation problems. America revolted because of British taxation on most everything. France revolted due to the nobility taxing most things heavily. This is because both had to pay for costs of the 7 Years War. 
    One Similarity was both involved the French Military. America was aided by France with their navy. France was only put back into social peace because of the intervention of the army. This is because France was a power at the time and could deploy to most places around the world.

    One Similarity was both resulted in constitutions based on John Locke's ideas. America drafted The Constitution on John Locke's ideas. France drafted the Constitution of 1791 off of Locke's ideas. This is because John Locke outline personal freedoms that were natural to humans that appealed to the drafters of each respective constitution.
    One Difference was one happened in America and another happened in France. America revolted in America. France Revolted in France. This is because the Americans and French found problems present in their home countries so they revolted in each of their respective home countries.
    One Difference was America revolted against the British and the French revolted against the nobility. America fought for independence from England. France fought for equality and lower taxes and higher living standards from the nobility. This is because each respective nation had their own problems that needed to be solved by using different tactics.
   One Difference was the American Revolution was fought in open field areas the French fought in cities. America fought in open fields. France revolted in the cities but with no real battles. This is because the American revolution was a land issue, the French revolution was a social issue.
